About the Principal

The firm’s principal is a licensed CPA, retired attorney, former law and accounting professor, and skilled statistician. He is also Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

While practicing law, he tried innumerable jury and bench trials in his twenty-five year career. He remains intimately familiar with the interpretation of Daubert and its progeny, particularly as applied to CPAs and other financial experts.

To stay current on the latest developments in data analytics and statistical analysis, he is completing a Ph.D. focusing on quantitative research and statistics. He is particularly interested in the application of Benford's Law to forensic analytics and the behavioral sciences.
